Adding a Predefined Note to an Estimate Line

When the Predefined Notes List dialog box opens, select the note(s) you want to attach to the estimate line. Then, select the OK button.

To add a predefined note

  1. Open the workfile.
  2. Select the Estimate tab, and then select the Lines tab. The estimate lines display.
  3. Highlight any field in the line in the estimate to which you want to attach the note.
  4. Right-click the line, and then select Line Notes. The Estimate Line Properties sheet Notes tab opens.
  5. Select the Predefined Notes List button, and then select the note you want.
  6. Click OK.

Note: If you have set up predefined notes in your repair facility profile, entering the note code will add the note text to the screen.
